Exploration of Movement
No previous experience is required for this class.
In this class we explore movement and non-movement in the body; learn to recognize and palpate patterns of joint and muscle movement; facilitate increased range of motion; and promote a general sense of well-being in the body.
By using gentle exploration; supporting preferred patterns of movement or stillness; you will learn how to actively participate and recognize patterns in yourself and your clients.
Comfort, non judgement and self awareness are integral parts of the class experience.
