Classes and Events
Study groups, classes and private sessions are just some of the offerings at Ortho-Bionomy with Tracy. By bringing various instructors to the area, students benefit from the different teaching styles and experiences of the instructors. If you are working on your Practitioner training it is an opportunity to give and receive sessions from instructors for feedback, evaluations and tutorials. Continuing education (CE) credits are available for the state of Texas and the National Certification Board for therapists who need them. If you would like to receive notices of upcoming training, click here.
3 Hour Classes (Study Groups)
Study groups (or Mini Classes) are three hours in length and are offered in Georgetown, Texas. The focus of the class varies. No prerequisites or previous bodywork experience is required. Texas Licensed Massage Therapists can receive 3 Continuing Education credits for license renewal per class and classes taught by me are NCBTMB approved. Private study groups can be arranged for your group or organization.
One and Two Day Seminars
Ortho-Bionomy foundation, or basic, classes start at Phase 4. There are no Phase 1, 2 or 3 classes in Ortho-Bionomy. Seminars are offered throughout the year and are generally held on a weekend for 16 hours of credit, though single 6 or 8 hour classes are also available. Occasionally a three day class is offered.
Other Society of Ortho-Bionomy instructors are sometimes invited to present material. Some are Texas Continuing Education providers, others are NCTMB certified instructors. All classes offered here meet SOBI training program requirements.
